1. Students will keep track of food and exercise information for 1 week.
2. Students will look up caloric information on foods and activities.
3. Students will calculate calories consumed/burnt each day and for the week.
4. Students will complete a follow-up worksheet and reflection.

My best advice when managing a web quest is to make sure that your links work and that they still contain the information that they had when you first created the web quest. Keep walking around room while students are working to help keep them on-task. Also, make sure that your school's filter does not block any of your information.
